VICTOR HUGO MUTED BEFORE USA MIDTERM ELECTIONS

AMERICAN PRINTING MONOPOLY USES POLITICAL CORRECTNESS TO CENSOR NEW YORK BORN HISPANIC ARTIST, VICTOR-HUGO VACA II, BEFORE MIDTERM ELECTIONS IN USA. What is it about the Hispanic-American authored book that makes its content banned in the U.S.A. before ever being printed for publication?

Maverick artist Victor-Hugo Vaca Jr. claims the much anticipated modern-art-graphic-novel series inspired by Florida Case Number 50-2006-CC-016579, dubbed, “The Crackhead Jesus Trials”, by mainstream media news outlets, has been censored by a powerful United States corporation, whose owner deemed the Latin author’s content to be inappropriate for the “men, women and children employed by the company”, according to PRC Book Printing CEO, Jacob Hope.

It appears a corporate monopoly of communication is subversively using political correctness to veil racism that effectively muzzles the voice of a Hispanic-American citizen, described by the USA Today Network as an, “Artist. Author. Filmmaker. Journalist. Maverick. Revolutionist.” , from publishing his highly anticipated “diary of the world on canvas”.

The fact that a print media monopoly is arbitrarily censoring books, before they ever get printed in hardcover, for copyright and registration into the United States Library of Congress, should alarm both capitalists and Constitutionalists alike. This frightening reality begs the question: “Why are the most powerful companies in the world, suddenly, so threatened by an independent Hispanic-American author from Queens, New York, that they are willing to lose business in order to silence him?”.

The sharp decline of newspaper readers and bookstores in America has decimated the printing industry, leaving only two companies, to produce high-quality, hardcover books, in the United States. This reality has manifested a racist business model, disguised in political correctness, that enables top notch printing monopolies, to mute strong Latin voices, by sweeping minority authors into a ghetto of publishing mediocrity.

In his explanation for why the Hispanic-American authored book is being suppressed, in violation of the First Amendment and anti-discrimination laws, the PRC Book Printing CEO claims that “children” are employed by the printer, to examine material that is about to be released and quell any parts that are considered, obscene or politically unacceptable.This business model enables the printer to arbitrarily censor free speech and eliminate any historical records deemed offensive, such as The Spanish Inquisition, slavery in America or the Crackhead Jesus Trials, by refusing to accept payment, from any independent minority business owners, seeking to self-publish historical-fiction and modern-art-gonzo-journalism, through interstate commerce, in the United States.

The contentious saga titled, “Redemption: The Story of The Crackhead Jesus Trials-Part II: The Second Coming of The Three Muses.”, by New York born Hispanic multi-media artist, Victor-Hugo Vaca II, was scheduled for release as a Limited Edition First Print Collector’s Item in time for the start of the 2018 Christmas shopping season, as a unique stocking stuffer, sold in select markets, after a prototype was successfully test marketed, during Art Basel Miami, in 2017 and later featured in a 2018, Vigore Chicago Magazine, cover story.

The planned mid-September 2018 roll-out of the first in a series of ten modern art graphic novels, about the origin of modern-art-gonzo-journalism and the Modern Art Music Movement, is now on hold, indefinitely, due to the crippling stranglehold printing press monopolies have in the United States to dictate culture and control speech. Whether the controversial series, over ten years in the making, will ever be published, is now in question, as the epidemic of censorship in the United States muzzles the voice of outspoken minorities that dare to speak truth to power.

The Supreme Court case of Jack Phillips, a Colorado baker who refused to make a custom cake for a same-sex-couple echoes the hardcover book printers, denial of service to one of the most influential artist’s of the 21st Century, Hispanic-American author, Victor-Hugo Vaca II. The difference in incidents being, the number of bakeries available to same-sex couples, versus the number of hardcover book printers made available to minority customers in the United States is a huge gap that makes it impossible, for independent minority-owned small businesses to publish thought provoking literature, in hardcover fine print. Having overcome a series of free-speech obstacles, including an infamous incident wherein The Palm Beach Post, on October 29, 2010, inexplicably used “nine question marks” to redact the title of Vaca’s award-winning film, “Crackhead Jesus: The Movie”, when it screened alongside Stanley Kubrick’s “A Clockwork Orange” and “Pink Floyd’s The Wall” at the Modern Art Music Movement Midnight Cult Movie Series in Lake Worth, Florida, the dogged artist claims that he is determined to get his book published, even if it means taking a discrimination case to the Supreme Court.

The envelope pushing Hispanic-American author planned several book signings at select retailers across America including New York City, Brooklyn, Queens, New York, Miami, Marco Island, Naples, Fort Myers, Venice, Florida, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Austin, Texas, before receiving news that the printer refused to honor his signed contract or accept payment in full, from the Latino artist, without any written explanation as to what content was deemed by someone in production to be “inappropriate” and why.

In a letter dated August 23, 2018 from Jacob Hope to Victor-Hugo, the following is stated, “My sincerest apologies. PRC Book Printing itself does not have issues with the files we received and would be happy to print your book if we had the ability. Unfortunately, our third-party printer, which we use for jobs with short turnaround times such as yours, is unwilling to produce your book due to some of the content.”

The alternative, according to Hope, is to buy hardcover books from China and postpone release of the revolutionary modern-art-graphic-novel series, produced by the Modern Art Music Movement, as a means of documenting history, through works of fine contemporary art, some of which, were manifested live, on stage, at “MAMM Jam Happenings” across America, orchestrated and choreographed by the multimedia artist, Victor-Hugo Vaca II, creator of modern-art-gonzo-journalism and founder of the Modern Art Music Movement, alongside legends in the music industry, seeking to raise awareness and spread compassionate wealth, through artistic charity benefit concerts.

So, what’s the takeaway for every American Citizen, regardless of race, creed or color?

That a U.S. company, responsible for documenting history and culture in print, would willfully turn business over to China, begs the question: What is it about the Hispanic-American authored book that makes its content banned in the U.S.A. before ever being printed for publication?
